We are looking to recruit a Handy Person to join our team here in Hertfordshire on a permanent basis.
About the Role
Working to deliver the best quality service, carrying out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties, you'll undertake a range of basic repairs and installations of windows, doors, ironmongery, benches, planters, decking, fencing etc. to our customers.
About You
Candidates will be organised and able to provide accurate records of jobs completed with previous experience acting as a handyperson, carrying out general plumbing and carpentry tasks, delivering repairs and operating small handheld plant, such as drills and breakers. Ideally, you will hold a trade-related qualification. Customer focused with experience of working in both occupied and void properties within the social housing industry, you'll hold a valid CSCS Card and have a passion for completing high-quality repairs on time, first time. You must hold a valid full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months.
