We are looking to recruit a Voids Supervisor to join us, based in Basildon, Essex.
About the Role
Joining us as a Voids Supervisor, you will be part of a team that manage the day-to day operations on void projects within the social housing sector, driving excellent service standards and achievement of KPIs. You will assess resource requirements and support the management of the day-to-day activity, ensuring that all teamobjectivesare met within overall time,costand budget constraints.
Key attributes to this role are as follows:
Social Housing experience, specifically void experience
Operational management experience/service delivery in trade role – managing operatives and subcontractors performance and KPIs.
Delivering a compliant,safeand resilient service.
Competent is use of standard methods of measurement
Carry out property inspections and snagging to ensure work meets company and client standards
Delivering services within budget.
About You
You must hold a level 3 trade qualification and skilled workers or supervisor CSCS card. Hold a SSSTS or SMSTS certification. Have operational management experience,youllhave a strongtrack recordof managing multi-site workforces. You will need to havegood communication& IT skills.
You must hold a full UK driving licence for a minimum of 12 months.
