We are looking to recruit a Supervisor/Team Leader to join us in St Albans. Joining us as a Supervisor/Team Leader, you will lead a team as part of a project or defined work stream, driving excellent service standards and achievement of KPIs. You will assess resource requirements and support the management of the day-to-day activity, ensuring that all team objectives are met within overall time, cost and budget constraints.
Requirements:
- NVQ level 3 or above for supervision
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
- UKATA asbestos awareness
- Previous experience within repairs & maintenance and delivery of small multi-trade works
- Experience in managing DLO and subcontractors
- You must hold a full UK driving licence for a minimum of 12 months.
