We are looking to recruit a Resident Liaison Officer to join our team in Grimsby!
About the Role
As our Resident Liaison Officer, you will serve as the primary point of contact between residents, project stakeholders, and the construction team. The successful candidate willbe responsible forfostering positive relationships with residents, addressing their concerns, and ensuring that their needs are met.
Working to deliver the best quality service,youllbe responsible fora first-class liaison and administrative support to our project team in a professional and efficient manner.
About You
Candidates will have experience as a Resident Liaison Officer, ideally within social housing environment, coupled with the ability toestablishand maintain effective customer relationships with residents from diverse backgrounds. Well organised and empathetic,youllhave excellent verbal, professional telephone manner and written communication skills. IT literate with experience working with all Microsoft programmes. An interest in decarbonisation works and experience with theEasyBOPsystem would be beneficial but are by no means essential.
You must hold a clean valid UK driving licence and be willing to travel from property to property.
