Plasterer (Operations - Repairs, Maintenance and Voids)

Permanent – Full Time or Part Time About the role As a Plasterer (Multi Skilled) youll be the friendly face of Morgan Sindall Property Services and carry out the operational duties of an all-round multi-skilled Plasterer, including associated works, across the full range of repairs services ensuring high quality workmanship and high standards of performance. Youll be dealing with customers face-to-face, so youll need to have a great level of customer service and a positive and proactive approach to your work. Youll need to be self-sufficient and able to work independently. About you Ideally, youll be highly skilled in your area with appropriate qualifications , such as City & Guilds or NVQ in Plastering. You will be a self-motivated individual who takes pride in their work and can work remotely with minimum supervision. Youll have a good working knowledge of legislation relating to H&S and will hold a CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card. You will be accustomed to managing your own workload always producing the perfect plasterwork. As youll be visiting our customers, you must have a full UK driving licence.
