We are looking to recruit a Plasterer to join our team, to cover Leeds and the Yorkshire region.
About the Role
As a Plasterer (Multi Skilled)youllbe the friendly face of Morgan Sindall Property Services and carry out the operational duties of an all-round multi-skilled Plasterer, including associated works, across the full range of repairs services ensuring high quality workmanship andhigh standardsof performance.Youllbe dealing with customers face-to-face, soyoullneed to have a great level of customer service and a positive and proactive approach to your work.Youllneed to be self-sufficient and able to work independently.
About You
Ideally,youllbe highly skilled withappropriate qualifications, such as City & Guilds or NVQ in Plastering. You will be a self-motivated individual who takes pride in their work and can work remotely with minimum supervision.Youllhave a good working knowledge of legislation relating to H&S.
Social Housing experience required as working in tenantedproperties ,along with the ability to use a handheld MOBILE/PDA.
You must hold a valid full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only).
