Permanent, Full Time On site. This role is an office-based position. We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Planner to join our team in North Shields, Newcastle.
About the Role
You will take ownership of both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works, using MSI to schedule and manage jobs effectively. You will handle incoming calls and emails from clients to log issues accurately, ensuring systems are updated promptly so both the client and Operations team have clear and up-to-date information. A key part of the role is ensuring works are appointed and delivered in line with contractual Service Level Agreements.
You will liaise closely with engineers to confirm they have the appropriate materials and information required to complete works efficiently, while also assisting with supplier ordering and stock management. The role includes reviewing and uploading compliance documentation, monitoring case workloads, and escalating any concerns to the Team Leader.
