We are looking to recruit a Multi Trade Engineer (PPM Works) to join our Sheffield Family Court Contract, based from our office at Hawke Street Business Park, Sheffield.

About the Role

Working to deliver the highest quality service, you will carry out responsive repairs, planned maintenance, and PPM works, including approximately 5 hours per day within the Sheffield Courts building. Duties will include a variety of trade repairs and maintenance tasks such as plumbing, tiling, painting, and general building maintenance across occupied and void properties. Using a handheld device (full training provided), you will complete assigned tasks efficiently and safely, following best practice to deliver an excellent customer experience.

About You

The successful candidate will be experienced in Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) across a multi-disciplined environment and have a relevant trade background with a good understanding of building fabric and building services systems. Candidates must hold a relevant City & Guilds, NVQ Level 2 Building Maintenance Operative qualification, or equivalent. Ideally, they will hold a Blue CSCS Card and have a strong understanding of health and safety requirements. A customer-focused approach is essential, with experience working in both occupied and void properties and a commitment to delivering high-quality repairs right first time. A full UK driving licence, held for a minimum of 12 months, is required, as a company vehicle will be provided for work purposes.
