We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Planner to join our team.
About the Role
Joining our team, you will take ownership of and manage planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive jobs using in house systems to schedule works, ensuring future appointments meet contractual Service Level Agreements; handle client calls and emails to log issues; maintain timely system updates for client and operations visibility; liaise with engineers to ensure they have necessary supplies; assist with ordering and stock management; review and upload compliance documents; monitor case workload and escalate issues to the Team Leader as needed; and adopt a continuous improvement mindset to proactively enhance operational efficiency and customer service.
About You
To come from a planning or scheduling background. Candidates will have the following:
- Microsoft Office, Word & Excel abilities

- Good knowledge of repairs and maintenance sector or trade-based background
