We are looking to recruit a Labourer to join our team in Lincoln.
About the Role
As one of our Labourers, you will work to deliver the highest quality service and carry out a variety of technical services tasks. Working efficiently and safely in line with best practice, you will be responsible for undertaking mould treatment and minor damp prevention, topping up loft insulation, removing old and new installs, working in both occupied and empty properties. Clearing and cleaning properties, to include external spaces, outside of properties and loft spaces, you will remove all furniture, white goods, carpets and general waste. You will also be required to assist with our Multi-Trade team on large scale works as and when required.
About You
Previous experience as a general labourer is preferred within a social housing environment, however this is not essential. We do however ask that you are able to operate small hand tools as well as small hand-held plant equipment such as drills and breakers. A full UK driving licence is essential.
