Working across multiple properties and projects, you'll undertake groundworks activities including drainage, concreting, paving, kerbing, resurfacing, trench excavation, foundation preparation, and minor external repairs. You'll also be responsible for monitoring external areas, identifying defects, and carrying out repair works to ensure properties and surrounding environments remain safe and well maintained.
