We are looking for a Ground Maintenance Worker to be a part of our team, based from our office in Warrington.

About the Role

Joining our team, you will carry out a variety of technical service tasks within a social housing setting.

About You

Candidates will have previous experience as a qualified grounds maintenance operative and must be competent in the safe use of pesticides, PA01 and PA06 certification. Their experience will ideally be within the facilities management industry and will hold a relevant trade City and Guilds qualification, with excellent working health and safety knowledge. You will hold a Blue Skilled Worker LISS/CSCS. We are looking for those who are customer focused with experience of working for both occupied and void properties; you will have a passion for completing high-quality maintenance on time, first time. You must hold a valid full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only).
