Working within occupied homes, you will ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with current regulations and company standards, while using mobile technology to manage work activities, maintaining van stock levels, and providing an excellent customer experience.This is a varied position that combines compliance, responsive maintenance and planned investment works, offering the opportunity to apply and further develop your technical expertise.About YouWe're looking for a qualified and experienced Electrician who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and maintaining safe, compliant homes. You'll have experience in domestic electrical repairs, installations, fault finding, testing and inspection, including the completion of EICRs, certification and remedial works within occupied properties. You'll be able to work independently, manage your own workload and deliver excellent customer service. Experience within social housing, compliance programmes or planned investment works would be advantageous.Essential QualificationsYou must hold:Level 3 NVQ in Electrotechnical Services (Electrical Installation Buildings & Structures) or Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Installing Electrotechnical Systems and Equipment (Buildings, Structures and the Environment).Plus either Level 3 Certificate in the Certification of Electrical Installations or City & Guilds 2394, together with City & Guilds 2395.BS7671 Electrical Installations (18th Edition).Skills & ExperienceYou'll have proven experience carrying out electrical repairs, installations, fault finding, testing and inspection within domestic properties, including EICRs and certification work. You should have a strong understanding of electrical compliance requirements and current regulations, with the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of health, safety and customer service.
