Permanent, Full Time (40 hours per week). We’re looking for a Working Electrical Qualifying Supervisor to join our team in Hunslet, Leeds covering the West South Yorkshire region.

About the Role

As Electrical Qualifying Supervisor, you will lead a small team of electricians, dealing with any queries relating to electrical installation and testing. The role will also involve working individually or as part of a team carrying out high quality electrical repairs, testing, installation and condition reporting on both domestic and commercial installations. Ensuring your team are clear on their roles and responsibilities, you will assess resource requirements and support the management of day-to-day activities. Identifying risks and protecting Morgan Sindall’s reputation, you will manage team performance, undertake quality assurance and drive a culture of right first time.

About You

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ proven experience working in an electrical supervision role after the satisfactory completion of training, ideally within the social housing industry. You will have good communication skills, able to confidently communicate both verbally and in writing.

The Essential qualifications for this role are as follows: Demonstrated competence in Installation, Inspection and Testing.
