We are looking to recruit a Painter and Decorator to join our team at Osprey House, Chingford where you will be covering the borough of Waltham Forest and parts of Essex, Epping, Billericay, Wickford.
About the Role
Working to deliver the best quality service, you’ll carry out emergency, responsive and planned mould treatments as well as painting and decorating to both occupied and void properties, to include mould treatments, glossing, emulsion, and papering. You’ll ensure effective preparation techniques, producing “perfect” finishes to all applications, whilst delivering exceptional customer services, ensuring our customers always come first. You’ll receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training), working efficiently and safely in line with best practice to achieve excellent customer experience.
About You
Candidates will hold a relevant trade City and Guilds qualification, C&G Craft or Level 2 in relevant trade or equivalent or working towards, with excellent working health and safety knowledge. Customer focused with experience of working in Social Housing, you’ll have a passion for completing high-quality repairs on time, first time. With the ability to work as a team and independently, you must also have good knowledge of damp treatments to fulfil this role. You must hold a valid full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only).
