We are looking to recruit a Trainee Quantity Surveyor to join our Home Group Contract from our office in Leeds, LS10 1BL.
About the Role
Working alongside the wider commercial team on the contract, the Trainee Quantity Surveyor will assist and support in the day-to-day financial control, reporting and commercial performance management of one or more projects from award up to final account. You will also attend Nottingham Trent University to complete the BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management qualification. Further details are as follows:

Level(s) of Study: Undergraduate
Start Date(s): January 2026
Duration: Five years, plus additional 6-12 months for End Point Assessment
Study Mode(s): Part-time / Block Release
Location: Nottingham– City Campus
Completing the course will require block release to attend the Nottingham campus, accommodation and travel will be provided.

Applicants for this course will also need to meet the standard BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management FT/SW entry qualifications:

- 120 UCAS Tariff points from three A-levels or equivalent qualifications; and
- GCSEs – English and Maths grade C / 4
