We are looking to recruit a Resident Liaison Officer to join our team covering North and South London.
About the Role
As our Resident Liaison Officer, you will serve as the primary point of contact between residents, project stakeholders, and the construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering positive relationships with residents, addressing their concerns, and ensuring that their needs are met. Working to deliver the best quality service, you will be responsible for a first-class liaison and administrative support to our project team in a professional and efficient manner.
About You
Candidates will have experience as a Resident Liaison Officer with a main contractor, coupled with the ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships with residents from diverse backgrounds. Well organised and empathetic, you will have excellent verbal, professional telephone manner and written communication skills. IT literate with experience working with all Microsoft programmes. You must hold a clean valid UK driving licence and be willing to travel from property to property, as you will need to travel between north and south London so a will to travel is essential. Please note you must be able to be on site for 8am and work until 5pm on site. If looking to take the car allowance option, you must have a car that is 6 years or younger to comply with London ULEZ: Cars are to be no older than six years old and CO2 Emissions should fall under 150gm. We cannot accommodate flexible, part time or working from home on this project.
