The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 € per year.

Working to deliver the best quality service, you'll be carrying out emergency, responsive and planned mould treatments as well as painting and decorating to both occupied and void properties, including mould treatments, glossing, emulsion, and papering. You'll ensure effective preparation techniques, producing "perfect" finishes to all applications, whilst delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring our customers always come first.

You'll receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training), working efficiently and safely in line with best practice to achieve an excellent customer experience. Candidates will hold a relevant trade City and Guilds qualification, C&G Craft or Level 2 in a relevant trade or equivalent or working towards, CSCS Card - Blue or working towards with excellent working health and safety knowledge.

Customer focused with experience of working in both occupied and void properties, you'll have a passion for completing high-quality repairs on time, first time. With the ability to work as a team and independently, you must also have good knowledge of damp treatments to fulfil this role. You must hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only).
