Qualifications
- To have served and completed a recognised trade apprenticeship or appropriate NVQ L3 standard.

Responsibilities
- Carry out the operational duties of an all-round multi-skilled operative, including associated works, across the full range of repairs services on all One Manchester's owned and managed properties.
- Visit premises and properties to carry out maintenance, repair, refurbishment and renewal work to both tenanted and empty homes.
