Working within occupied homes, you will ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with current regulations and company standards, while using mobile technology to manage work activities, maintaining van stock levels, and providing an excellent customer experience. This is a varied position that combines compliance, responsive maintenance and planned investment works, offering the opportunity to apply and further develop your technical expertise.

You'll have experience in domestic electrical repairs, installations, fault finding, testing and inspection, including the completion of EICRs, certification and remedial works within occupied properties. You'll be able to work independently, manage your own workload and deliver excellent customer service. Experience within social housing, compliance programmes or planned investment works would be advantageous.

You should have a strong understanding of electrical compliance requirements and current regulations, with the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of health, safety and customer service. An ECS Gold Card and experience within social housing, cyclical compliance programmes or heating and hot water replacement projects would be advantageous. You must hold a valid full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months, as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only).
