Working to deliver the best quality service, carrying out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties, you will undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to include minor plumbing, joinery, tiling, kitchen and bathroom fitting etc within a social housing setting.

You will receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training provided), working efficiently and safely in line with best practice to achieve excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

Candidates will hold a City & Guilds qualification or equivalent in a relevant trade.
