Permanent – Full Time, 40 hours per week. We are looking to recruit a Project Co-ordinator on our St Albans planned team.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a new and growing team within the Planned Works Hub with the aim to grow the client base. As a Project Coordinator you will join us to administer and organize all aspects and types of construction refurbishment projects, from simple activities to more complex ones. Project Coordinator responsibilities include providing administrative and coordination support to our Pre Construction and compliance team. This will involve assisting with the preparation and organisation of project information, maintaining documentation and supporting the tracking of actions and key milestones. You will also coordinate and support project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, organising meeting rooms, attending meetings and producing clear, accurate minutes and action logs to support effective follow up and governance. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling queries. Ultimately, the Project Coordinator’s duties are to ensure that all projects are performing well, completed on time and meet high quality standards.

About You
- You’ll have experience providing direct administrative support to a senior role within a construction, property, or regulated environment.
- Proven experience organising meetings, attending meetings, accurately recording actions and decisions, and producing clear and timely meeting minutes.
- Strong document control skills, including preparation, formatting, version control and distribution of formal documents and records.
- High level of organisation with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple live projects.
- Competent use of Microsoft 365, including Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel, to support meetings, trackers and information management.
- Ability to handle sensitive and compliance related information with discretion and attention to detail.
- Clear written communication skills, with the ability to produce professional minutes, summaries and correspondence.
