Permanent, Full Time (40 hours per week) We’re looking for an Electrical Qualifying Supervisor to join our team covering Westminster. About the Role As Electrical Qualifying Supervisor, you will lead a team of electricians, dealing with any queries relating to electrical installation and testing. Ensuring your team are clear on their roles and responsibilities, you will assess resource requirements and support the management of day-to-day activities. Identifying risks and protecting Morgan Sindall’s reputation, you will manage team performance, undertake quality assurance and drive a culture of right first time. About You The ideal candidate will have proven experience working as an Electrician after the satisfactory completion of training, ideally within the social housing industry. You will have good communication skills, able to confidently communicate both verbally and in writing. The desirable qualifications for this role are as follow: Demonstrated competence in Inspection and Testing and obtained either : Level 3 Certificate in the Certification of Electrical Installations (inspection, testing and certification of electrical installations) or Both the City & Guilds 2394 Level 3 Award in the Initial Verification & Certification of Electrical Installations and the City & Guilds 2395 Level 3 Award in the Periodic,…
