Electrical Engineer/ Electrician (Responsive)

Job Overview

Thrive Homes is seeking two experienced Electrical Engineers (Responsive) to join our Property Services team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality maintenance works, ensuring services are completed to a professional standard and in line with company plans and legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of a cost-effective, competitive repairs service covering day‑to‑day maintenance, cyclical works, refurbishment void works, home servicing, and other building‑related projects.
• Ensure all services are delivered to the required quality and within agreed timescales, meeting relevant Key Performance Indicators.
• Provide out‑of‑hours support to Thrive Homes on a rotational basis.

Qualifications

• 18th Edition City & Guilds 2382.
• Certificate in Requirements for Electrical Installations (BS7671).
• Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installations.
• Proven experience in domestic repair, installation, maintenance, and testing.
• Full driving licence for use in the UK.
