The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

Working to deliver the best quality service, carrying out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties, you will undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work including minor plumbing, joinery, tiling, kitchen and bathroom fitting in a social housing setting. You will receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training provided), working efficiently and safely in line with best practice to achieve an excellent customer experience.

Candidates should hold a City & Guilds Craft qualification or a Level 2 / 3 NVQ in Carpentry / Joinery or equivalent, and have excellent knowledge of Health & Safety. You must be customer focused with experience of working in Repairs and Maintenance and have a passion for completing high-quality repairs on time, first time. Social housing experience is advantageous. A valid full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months is required, as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only).
