Permanent – Full Time, 40 hours per week. We are looking to recruit a Business Administrator to join our team based in London.
About the Role
As our Business Administrator, you will proactively coordinate and support the business development and tender process, from opportunity to submission and post award. You will support the Head of Business Development in continuously reviewing and improving our business systems, processes and offer, and undertake administrative duties associated with the management and running of our London Wall office, including meeting and diary management for the Partnerships Director.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment – someone with initiative and the ability to multi-task and prioritise to deliver high quality, accurate work, often to challenging deadlines. A strong team player, you will be proactive, solution focused and have a high level of competence with Microsoft and Adobe software packages, particularly with Microsoft Word and Excel. Candidates must have a high standard of written English and be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with a wide range of stakeholders. Experience of office administration and supporting Director level personnel is desirable, as is knowledge of the Planned works.
