We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join our Operations Team!

About the role:

Joining us as a Supply Chain Manager, you’ll support delivery teams by assessing resource requirements and managing day-to-day activities. You’ll ensure that all team objectives are met within time, cost, and budget constraints. You’ll drive service excellence, influence profitability, manage budgets, ensure Health, Safety & Environmental compliance, and maintain excellent customer relationships.

About You:

You should be able to work independently or as part of a team and have proven experience in a similar role. Strong leadership skills are essential to motivate, support, and mentor teams to deliver excellent service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting onboarding processes, including cost negotiations and inductions
  • Providing subcontractor portal training and support
  • Developing the subcontractor portal
  • Managing subcontractor compliance
  • Setting up and maintaining supply chain partner data on systems
  • Supporting operations to reduce WIP
  • Scheduling and facilitating performance reviews
  • Leading toolbox talks and information updates
  • Meeting with subcontractors and operational teams to resolve issues
  • Acting as point of contact for escalations
  • Building relationships with key suppliers for timely delivery of goods and services
  • Exhibiting good interpersonal and IT skills

You must hold a valid UK driving license (full or automatic) for at least 12 months, as a company vehicle will be provided. Flexibility to travel around the area is required.
