We are looking to recruit a Carpenter / Joiner to join our Grimsby R&M team, based at Albion Works, Long Leys Road, Lincoln, LN1 1DU.
About the Role
Working to deliver high-quality service, you will carry out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties. You will undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work.
You will receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training provided), working efficiently and safely in line with best practices to ensure excellent customer experience.
About You
Candidates should hold a City & Guilds Craft or Level 2 qualification in Carpentry or equivalent, with excellent knowledge of Health & Safety. You should be customer-focused, experienced in working in both occupied and void properties, and hold or be working towards a CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card. A passion for completing high-quality repairs on time, first time, is essential. Punctuality, reliability, and comfort operating small handheld tools such as drills and breakers are also required.
MSPS values training and development; if you have relevant experience but lack the qualification, we may support you in obtaining it.
A valid full or automatic UK driving licence held for at least 12 months is required, as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.
