We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Trainer to join our team on the OHL Framework, supporting the delivery of a range of exciting schemes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to further develop their skills and take on increasing levels of responsibility.
Role Responsibilities
- Assist & Implement in MSITC future trainee cohorts training programme.
- Support the Pre-construction/Tender team with OHL technical knowledge.
- Implement all refresher training for OHL staff.
- Support Project delivery team.
- Work closely with site and Project Managers.
- Ensure that the designated projects meet the requirements of legislation and NG/DNO arrangements.
- Close liaison with site supervision.
- Conduct site training and gather records for the CMS.
Skills, Experience And Qualifications
- 10 years’ experience in the OHL 132 – 400KV Industry.
- Train the trainer / training qualifications.
- IT skills to include Excel & Word.
- RAMs compilation.
- Technical equipment experience to a detailed level.
- Communication skills.
- Client Liaison skills.

We have extensive experience in upgrading and replacing energy networks, delivering asset management for major UK energy companies and network operators. Our transmission and distribution services involve the upgrading and replacement of electricity assets both above and below ground. Within the electricity sector we install and maintain assets, including excavation, laying, and jointing of cables, (fluid filled and XLPe), substations and overhead line, new build, repair, and refurbishment services.
