The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Site Supervisor required for Merseyrail. The Site Supervisor will support the contract management team, whilst maintaining responsibility for the overall delivery of construction, Civils and reinstatement work, managing approximately 5/6 teams ensuring overall performance against our philosophy of Perfect Delivery.
This role would suit an ambitious, driven individual who embraces the challenge of working within a high performing and supportive team. Experience within the civil engineering industry is essential for this role, ideally coming from a main contractor background.
To be successful in this role, you will:

Rail / Civils experience required

NRASWA Supervisor Units
-
IOSH Managing Safely
-
NVQ Management Level 3 or equivalent (preferable or working towards)

CSCS Accreditation

Have a clear commercial understanding of the contract, forecasting outputs for the teams and comparing to actual work completed

Proven track record of leading reinstatement support teams
