This hybrid role offers a balance of system administration, data analysis and stakeholder engagement. As a Quality Assurance Advisor, you will support reporting, data visualisation and the ongoing maintenance of our core management systems, including the Integrated Management System (IMS) and Evolve. You will help ensure system accuracy, legal compliance and continual improvement, while contributing to wider SHEQ activities across the business.

Role Responsibilities

  • Produce regular performance reports, including the weekly WAG report.
  • Develop and maintain data visualisations within Evolve to support insight, analysis and decision‑making.
  • Support the ongoing management, maintenance and change control of the Integrated Management System (IMS).
  • Maintain and update IMS documentation, ensuring consistency, accuracy and compliance.
  • Contribute to the development and rollout of future IMS improvements.
  • Act as the main system administrator for the Evolve system (Incident, Investigation, Inspection).
