We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Project Manager to join our Rail business unit on the Tackley AFA and Bridleway Scheme to deliver minor station improvements and oversee the installation of a new footbridge and lifts at Tackley Station. This will include the permanent closure of a level crossing and the installation of a new Bridleways.
Role Responsibilities:
- To deliver projects on time, within budget, safely and to the required quality.
- Planning project cost controls and forecasting.
- Provide strong leadership, mentoring, and development for your team.
- Manage financial performance, risks, and contractual obligations.
- Foster collaborative working and communication with stakeholders.
- Safety and compliance management.
- Risk management and quality assurance management.
Skills, Experience And Qualifications:
- Project Manager or Site Agent Experience
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent construction knowledge.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, programmes, and risks.
- Degree qualified in a relevant technical discipline
- A solid understanding of legislative compliance, including H&S, environment, and employment law.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to assess value and evaluate variations.

About The Rail Business Unit:
