The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.

Reporting to the Head of People (Energy) and working as a trusted partner to leaders within our Energy sector, you will support the delivery of high-quality people services and help ensure our people activities land effectively and consistently.

What You’ll Do

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with managers, offering clear, practical, legal people advice.
  • Support delivery of core people processes including onboarding, employee relations, performance, talent and development.
  • Provide guidance on policies, employment legislation, and best practice.
  • Partner with leaders to improve capability, engagement, and wellbeing within their teams.
  • Support change initiatives, workforce planning activity, and organisational development projects.
  • Use data and insight to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve employee experience.
  • Collaborate with People Divisional Team to support the implementation of people solutions in a consistent manner.
  • Contribute to culture-building activity including engagement, inclusion, and recognition initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a People Partner role.
  • Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR good practice.
  • Ability to coach and support managers with confidence and clarity.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insight into action.
  • CIPD qualification (Level 5 or working toward Level 7) or equivalent experience.
  • A collaborative, curious, solutions-focused approach.
