The role

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and looking to build your career within People Administration?

We're looking for a proactive People Administrator to join our supportive People Team during an exciting period of growth and transformation.

Reporting to the People Business Partner - Operations, you'll play a key role in delivering an efficient and accurate people administration service across the entire employee lifecycle.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to all areas of the business while developing your HR and systems expertise in a collaborative environment.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Managing employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, new starters, contractual changes and leavers
  • Processing change forms and maintaining accurate employee records
  • Preparing employment-related letters and documentation
  • Maintaining and updating data within our HR system (i Trent)
  • Supporting compliance, governance and audit requirements
  • Delivering efficient and accurate HR processes and administration
  • Assisting with reporting and people data requests
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
  • Contributing to process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Supporting a positive employee experience through excellent people service

What We're Looking For

  • Strong systems skills and confidence working with data and administrative processes
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop
  • A sense of ownership and accountability for their work
  • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a changing environment
  • CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD (desirable)
  • Previous experience in i Trent would be advantageous, but not essential
  • Previous experience working within a HR, People, Administration or similar support function
