We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Office Manager to join our team on the Metrowest Framework, supporting the delivery of a range of exciting schemes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to further develop their skills and take on increasing levels of responsibility.

Role Responsibilities

  • Managing the three compounds.
  • Dealing with daily site issues.
  • Issuing of PPE.
  • General office administration duties.
  • Be responsible for the smooth running of the office premises and the conducting of the administrative functions of the project/contract.
  • Maintaining office services and efficiency.
  • Supervising office staff and maintaining office records.

Skills, Experience And Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Ability and experience dealing with construction sites.
  • Be geographically mobile.
  • Ability to travel between compounds.
  • Highly computer literate in all Microsoft office applications (for example Word, Outlook, Excel) and experience of office costing systems.
  • Experience of managing and maintaining database systems and organising record keeping systems.

About The Rail Business Unit
