We’re recruiting for an Information Controller to support major energy infrastructure works across the National Grid ETP Framework, covering key locations including Ince and Lower Frankton. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role within early contractor involvement (ECI) projects, helping to shape and manage information delivery on complex schemes.
As part of the project team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing information delivery planning and tracking, ensuring all deliverables are clearly defined, aligned with programme requirements, and effectively monitored. You’ll also drive project information accessibility, maintaining structured landing pages and guidance content to ensure teams can easily navigate systems, processes and key project data.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating Task Information Delivery Plans (TIDPs), ensuring alignment with programme milestones and project requirements
- Monitoring and reporting on information delivery performance, identifying risks and supporting proactive resolution
- Managing and maintaining project landing pages, enabling clear access to systems, processes and reporting tools
- Supporting data integrity and system alignment across platforms such as ACC and Viewpoint
- Acting as a key point of coordination between delivery teams, Document Control, and Information Management
- Driving consistency in information processes and supporting teams with guidance, tools and best practice

- Experience in an information or document control role within the construction or infrastructure sector
- Strong coordination and stakeholder engagement skills
- Understanding of information delivery planning and tracking (including TIDPs)
- Proactive approach to monitoring performance, identifying gaps and driving improvements
- Experience with systems such as Viewpoint and Fieldview (desirable)
