Our expert multi-disciplinary teams deliver projects in collaboration with airport operations, ensuring minimal disruption to airlines, flights, and passengers. Using skills in airport planning, passenger flow, intelligent engineering, and low-carbon modular design, we provide cost-effective, energy-saving solutions across a wide range of aviation projects—from small compliance works to complex airside building schemes—delivering on time, on budget, and with full transparency.
As part of our ongoing growth in the Aviation Sector, we are looking to hire a Project Delivery & Framework Lead. This role will focus on managing the Gatwick Framework account, working collaboratively with the BakerHicks Aviation Sector team, the Director of Aviation, and the wider BakerHicks group. You will be responsible for overseeing the Gatwick Design Framework and identifying new opportunities with other partners at the airport. This role will be based onsite at the client office at Gatwick Airport for three days a week, with occasional meetings at a BakerHicks office, as needed.
