We are looking for a Management Trainee, who is wanting to experience our main disciplines before deciding their career path. The role will report to the team PA and would be responsible for supporting and learning from Managers within the business. This would include but is not limited to:
- Pre-construction
- Construction Project Management
- Technical Services
- Design
- Quantity Surveying
This role will be part of our Foundation Programme (early careers programme).
Our Foundation Programme
The Foundation Programme provides a rounded perspective of our business via additional training and mentoring over 3 years. It is important to get to know us, our people and how we work. The programme is driven by a structured training curriculum designed to develop business, technical and behavioural skills. The training sessions give a deeper understanding of how we operate as a business. Additionally, you gain responsibility as part of the team and build your network whilst receiving the necessary developmental support.
Upon completion of the Foundation Programme, you will go on to develop and grow your career with us – the development and progression opportunities do not start or end with the programme.
What can I expect?
Successful candidates will be enrolled initially on a level 4 Construction Site Supervisor apprenticeship at university on day release for 2 years. Upon successful completion, you will enrol on a top-up degree in your chosen discipline for a further 3 years on day release. This is funded by the company and at no expense to yourself.
You will have a dedicated mentor who will share their knowledge and experiences whilst having regular reviews with the team PA and your mentor for the duration of the programme. You will get to learn from some of the most talented, experienced, and well-established people in the industry who have in-depth knowledge and commitment to delivering exceptional work for our clients.
