Access to HE qualifications with 21 Merits or Level 3 Apprenticeship in related subject or Equivalent level 3 qualifications worth 64 UCAS points. GCSEs A-C including Maths and English or equivalent (reformed GCSEs grade 4 or above).

We are looking for a Trainee Construction Manager, who is wanting to move into a site-based apprenticeship position. The role will report to the Construction Director and would be responsible for supporting and learning from Construction and Project Managers. This would include:
- Supporting with the site set up
- Supporting with condition surveys and validations
- Supporting the management of project delivery
- Supporting with daily checks to ensure health & safety
- Supporting the team to ensure quality installation
- Supporting with the management of the client team and subcontractors
- Supporting with project close out and snagging
This role will be part of our Foundation Programme (early careers programme).
Our Foundation Programme provides a rounded perspective of our business via additional training, rotations and mentoring over 3 years. It is important to get to know us, our people and how we work. The programme is driven by a structured training curriculum designed to develop business and behavioural skills. The training sessions give a deeper understanding of how we operate as a business. Additionally, you gain responsibility as part of the team, build your network across the business, whilst receiving necessary developmental support.
Upon completion of the Foundation Programme, you will go on to develop and grow your career with us – the development and progression opportunities do not start or end with the programme.
What can I expect? Successful candidates will be enrolled initially on a level 4 Construction Site Supervisor apprenticeship at university on day release for 2 years. Upon successful completion, you will enrol on a top-up degree in Construction Site Management for a further 3 years on day release. This is funded by the company at no expense to yourself.
You will have a dedicated mentor who will share their knowledge and experiences whilst having reviews with the Early Careers Manager and your mentor every 6 months for the duration of the programme. You will get to learn from some of the most talented, experienced, and well-established people in the industry who have in-depth knowledge and commitment to delivering exceptional work for our clients.
