We are looking for a Regional IT Co‑ordinator, who is wanting to move into a site and office based graduate position. The role will report to the Head of Business IT and would be responsible for supporting our London and Bracknell teams. This would include:

  • Support the Head of Business IT in managing strong local relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Support construction sites with mobilisation and ongoing support to ensure site teams are fully functional from day one.
  • Support local offices with all IT requirements and needs ensuring staff are supported on a day-to-day basis.
  • Lead on local improvement activities, initiatives, customer surveys, and small project coordination as required to aid wider IT and company goals.
  • Induct/introduce new starters to IT ensuring a smooth first experience with everything set up as needed to begin their role.
  • Ensure all IT activity is fully compliant in accordance with the IT governance model, both in terms of security policies and internal change processes.
  • Contribute to the wider IT continual improvement programmes through regular team meetings, to ensure that services/solutions remain appropriate.
  • Be an effective escalation point for divisional issues and requirements and ensure and facilitate the correct response from our service partners and central IT function.
  • Be responsible for communicating to the business during IT major incident scenarios.
  • Strong verbal/written communicator able to translate between IT/business terms.
