Responsibilities
- Ensure construction proceeds efficiently, in accordance with programme, drawings, specifications, quality and budget.
- Take on site engineering responsibilities.
- Contribute to the Exceptional Customer Experience Plan (ECEP).
- Assist with developing plans and measures for a safe working environment.

- Starting salary of £32,500 per annum (up to 5% progression every 6 months).
- Company car or cash allowance.
- Pension scheme matched up to 6%.
- 26 days holiday (plus bank holidays, rising to 30 days after 8 years’ service).

Requirements
- Right to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence.
- SCQF Level 10 education with knowledge of construction and the built environment – ideally an engineering background.
- Experience or willingness to work towards professional chartership and a solid understanding of construction practices and technology.
- A passion for delivering high‑quality projects that shape the places where people live, learn, work, play, care and protect.
- Strong communication, organisational and team‑coordination skills.
