Would you like to work for a progressive and ambitious company which is also one of the most successful within the UK construction industry? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity within our Construction business for an ambitious and talented Senior Site Manager to join us in Cambridge.

About the Role

Joining our team, you'll manage the site, delivering projects to the highest quality and maintaining our H&S standards. Also ensuring adherence to all policies, procedures and standards using specified drawings and instructions, within budget and on programme in support of our Perfect Delivery philosophy. Supervising all direct labour as necessary, you'll coordinate the activities of trades and subcontractors involved on site to ensure all operations are performed efficiently and in accordance with the construction programme.

About You

We're looking for candidates who have a proven track record in delivering schemes in a standalone capacity i.e. Project Lead and also as part of a wider delivery team. Proven experience working in a Senior Site Manager role and are educated to degree or HNC/HND level in a relevant technical discipline. Ideally, you'll have worked on Educational, Healthcare, Leisure or Defence schemes, between £5 and £20 million and hold CITB 5 day SMSTS certification. Candidates will need a valid CSCS managers safety accreditation card, plus full First Aid & Temporary Works competency. A full UK driving licence is essential.
