If so, we’ve a fantastic opportunity within our Construction business for an ambitious and talented Quantity Surveyor to join us in Norwich or Ipswich! About the Role You’ll maintain commercial information to the contract, satisfying the needs of both the customer and Morgan Sindall Construction in terms of reporting contract commercial performance, whilst contributing to achieving the appropriate commercial result through the provision of accurate financial reporting. Managing subcontractor supplier accounts, financially and contractually, you’ll identify, secure and deliver the business forecast in both turnover and margin, ensuring compliance with all contractual requirements. About You As an experienced Surveyor, you’ll ideally be educated to BSc in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent commercially related discipline), working towards a professional membership (e.g. RICS.CIOB) and will hold a relevant CSCS Card. With detailed knowledge of company management systems including Commercial and Financial, you’ll ideally have worked on Educational, Healthcare, Leisure or Defence schemes between £10 and £30 million.
