Full Time – Permanent This is a hybrid role based in Rugby for the next 12 months with an upcoming office relocation to a new location located within 10 miles of Rugby. Are you an experienced PMO Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity? Join our dynamic Transformation Team and play a critical role in driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring effective governance of projects and programmes. We are seeking a passionate individual with experience in developing PMO functions, a good understanding of project management methodologies and strong analytical/communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Develop processes and procedures that support programme and project delivery. Ensure effective governance of programmes and projects. Provide quality assurance to the overall MSC Project Portfolio. Develop and produce effective reporting at the MSC Project Portfolio level. Undertake Portfolio Level Resource Planning. Ensure appropriate controls and reporting are in place for the MSC Portfolio Level finances. Ongoing development of the MSC Project Delivery Framework.
