You’ll provide commercial expertise to aid with the delivery of the contracted work by taking the commercial lead in a geographically focused team, managing your own projects from tender stage. You’ll be responsible for the provision of accurate and timely commercial reports and will provide advice to the management team, ensuring the contract achieves the appropriate commercial targets.
An experienced Senior Surveyor, you’ll ideally be educated to a BSc in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent commercially related discipline), working towards a professional membership (e.g. RICS, CIOB) and will hold a relevant CSCS Card. With detailed knowledge of company management systems including Commercial and Financial, you’ll ideally have worked on Educational, Healthcare, Leisure or Defence schemes between £10 and £30 million and will have managed quantity surveyors on large contracts. A full UK driving licence is essential.
