A day as a Graduate Digital Construction Manager can look like:
- Support the capture of Capability assessments from Designers and Sub-Contractors.
- Record and track the Digital Construction project requirements on our Digital Construction tracker.
- Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) training delivery to Design Teams, Supply Chain & MS staff, including project audits, and delivery Digital Construction Inductions to all new members of staff.
- Support research and development in accordance with the Regional Digital Strategy including topics such as 4D, Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR).

Another benefit of our graduate programme is continuous recognition over the 24 months with salary progression of up to a maximum 5% every 6 months.

Reporting to our Digital Construction Manager of our Scotland Region, you will be responsible for assisting the digital construction efforts across the company, working closely with the Digital Construction Manager to enable all digital construction projects to be completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards of quality across an array of sectors.
You will need to be able to provide or obtain the right to work in the UK. You will need to be able to drive and provide or obtain a full UK Driving Licence. You will be educated to SCQF Level 10 with knowledge and the relevant skills in Construction and the Built Environment – BIM, Engineering, Architectural Technology or equivalent. You’ll have a basic knowledge and understanding of current industry BIM Standards (ISO 19650) and other best practice. Desire to work towards professional chartership and demonstrate a foundational understanding of technical knowledge of the BIM applications used e.g. ACC, Revit, Navisworks, and Solibri model checker. Have a real passion for the industry and want to deliver exceptionally, the places where we live, learn, work, play, care and protect.
