We are seeking an Estimator student for the Thames Valley business unit, Slough.
What will I be doing as a Degree Apprentice?

- Fully engaged across all stages of each project’s pre‑construction processes.
- Learning about the use of benchmarking and data analysis to constantly improve.
- Measuring and pricing all aspects of a building to create accurate Cost Plans & Estimates.
- Utilising advanced industry software to support your day‑to‑day work.
- Building relationships with our supply chain to ensure safety, health, environmental, and social value goals are achieved.

- A benefit of our Early Careers Development Programme is continuous recognition over the 2‑4 years with salary progression of up to a maximum 5% every 6 months.

What You Will Need
- A Level BCC or BTEC National Diploma DDM or Access to HE qualifications with 24 Distinctions 21 Merits or Equivalent level 3 qualifications worth 64 UCAS points (may vary depending on FE/HE Establishment).
- Applicants must also hold 5 GCSEs A‑C including Maths and English or equivalent (reformed GCSEs grade 4 or above).
- Full UK Driving Licence (or be working towards one).
Our degree is delivered by 1‑week block releases (4 in total per annum) from Nottingham Trent University. Accommodation and expenses are paid for by us. We have worked closely with the university to ensure our apprentices will be delivered an industry‑leading, quality degree apprenticeship.
