Construction Graduate Program – September 2026
Construction Graduates (London & Home Counties Region) – Locations: Northern Home Counties – Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire & North London. Project Based/Office Based, with flexibility for occasional remote working. We have opportunities to join our award-winning Graduate Programme starting in September 2026.

Our Route This Year For The Construction Programme
Design Management. You will be working within our Construction London & Home Counties business.
You will be part of a structured development programme that covers a range of personal development and technical themes. All our training workshops are practical and grounded in real life scenarios. We have a large community of apprentices, graduates and undergraduates in the business, with experienced colleagues available to support the programme. You will also be offered a professional scheme mentor to help expand graduate membership of your chartered body. We work on a range of exciting projects.
What are we looking for?
As a graduate you will have a good understanding and enthusiasm for your chosen career path. A degree accredited by a chartered body (e.g., RICS, CIOB) at lower second or above. You should have the ability to travel or drive to remote site locations and ideally some exposure to a construction/engineering environment. To thrive in our business, you should share our passion for the project at hand and enjoy working in an inclusive and hardworking team environment.
