Locations: Northern Home Counties – Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire & North London Project Based/Office Based, with flexibility for occasional remote working

Design Management
You will be working within our Construction London & Home Counties business, where you will:
Be part of a structured development programme that covers a range of personal development and technical themes. All our training workshops are heavily practical and grounded in real life scenarios. We have a large community of apprentices, graduates and undergraduates currently in the business and plenty of experienced colleagues who get involved in supporting the programme.
You’ll also be offered a professional scheme mentor, to help you expand graduate membership of your specific chartered body.

What are we looking for?
As a graduate you will, you will have a good understanding and enthusiasm for your chosen career path. A degree accredited by a chartered body i.e., RICS, CIOB at lower second or above.
You should also have the ability to travel or drive to remote site locations and ideally some exposure to a construction/engineering environment.
