About the Role
Joining us, you\βll be responsible for submitting completed bids at all stages to existing or prospective customers, on time and within budget, whilst ensuring all questions have been answered as fully as possible, positioning Morgan Sindall with the best possible chance of success.
Joining us, you\βll be responsible for planning and managing all aspects of bids, ensuring effective and inspirational bid management and leadership is provided on all tenders, whilst establishing winning strategies, implementing writing plans for quality lead bids. Understanding and interacting with the overall Morgan Sindall business to allow projection of benefits to customers through our proposals, you\βll propose and deliver our commercial and programme strategy, whilst providing support and assistant to our bid team members.
About You
An experienced Bid Manager, you\βll ideally be educated to degree level, with a track record of winning profitable work within an operational role, ideally at project manager level. An expert in the tending process, you\βll have the ability to research our projects and clients to demonstrate an understanding of our client\βs key drivers, communicating our differentiators and approach. You\βll be competent in Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent,
A full UK driving licence is essential.
