About the Role
Joining us, you’ll be responsible for submitting completed bids at all stages to existing or prospective customers, on time and within budget, whilst ensuring all questions have been answered as fully as possible, positioning Morgan Sindall with the best possible chance of success. You’ll be responsible for planning and managing all aspects of bids, ensuring effective and inspirational bid management and leadership is provided on all tenders, whilst establishing winning strategies and implementing writing plans for quality lead bids. You will understand and interact with the overall Morgan Sindall business to allow projection of benefits to customers through our proposals, proposing and delivering our commercial and programme strategy, whilst providing support and assistance to our bid team members.
About You
An experienced Bid Manager, you’ll ideally be educated to degree level, with a track record of winning profitable work within an operational role, ideally at project manager level. An expert in the tendering process, you’ll have the ability to research our projects and clients to demonstrate an understanding of our client’s key drivers, communicating our differentiators and approach. You’ll be competent in Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent. A full UK driving licence is essential.
